Forketta is an authentic Italian restaurant project, where the attention is at the ingredients, mostly imported directly from Italy. Forketta is also a wine importer and collects directly from small wine producers, mainly from Umbria and from selected quality labels. Simplicity, seasonality and tradition are the guide words to identify this small pearl, with a menu that changes every second week! Forketta is 100% Italian, owned by Alessandro and Filippo, who are friends from more than twenty years. They are both professionals in service and restaurant business. Filippo Farinelli is also the owner of a successful restaurant “Civico 25” in Perugia, Umbria that existed for more than 15 years. Eating in Forketta is a beautiful experience, thanks to the small, warm and cozy location in the Nørrebro neighbourhood, the strong attention at the service, handled as Italians are used to do, with charm, smile and care.
