Welcome to Madklubben Home of Carlsberg. A restaurant located in Carlsberg's historic buildings at the top of the hill, Valby Bakke, placed right on top of The Jacobsen Brewhouse. The restaurant will be part of the Home of Carlsberg, and therefore a place for beer connoisseurs, history enthusiasts, and local Copenhageners. Additionally, it will also be a place where you can find classic courses on the menu. Smørrebrød for lunch, and a modern take on the 3-course menu, as you know it from our other Madklubben restaurants. The restaurant is located in the part of the old brewery where the iconic Bordeaux-colored beer crates were produced. The crates, which now mainly serve as flea market finds, carry the echoes of history and are a tangible symbol of the story told in the Home of Carlsberg.
