NABO Atelier is a vegetarian restaurant, that focuses on making the danish smørrebrød all vegetarian. Smørrebrød is a danish open-faced sandwich, with ryebread as the base. We change the menu every month, where we create and play with different vegetables. We try to create different flavor combinations, as well as try our own and your limits, with different textures, and challenge your taste bud
