Rome's pizza style "Pizza al Taglio" is authentically brought to the Next EATERY, where tasty, stone-baked, crispy pizzas are served, which only a true pizzaiolo from Italy can make. Our dough is made from a 120-year-old sourdough or "lievito madre", as it is called in Italian. A simple recipe with the very best ingredients from Italian cuisine, including in copious amounts of extra virgin olive oil. The selection of pizza varies and you can always choose from several different kinds. For the pizza, you can enjoy creamy pasta salads and homemade crust dipping sauces, which are also included in our "All You Can Eat Pizza Buffet" for only DKK 99,- (adults) and DKK 49,- (children under 12 years).
