Reinh. van Hauen has delivered quality pastries to Copenhagen since 1876, and is managed today by father and son - Knud and Klaus van Hauen. The products are handmade and made from the best ingredients from around the world. Reinh. van Hauen started for example with organic bread long before it became fashionable, and has never compromised with the care and love for the craft. This means that we don't use food additives or substitutes for the genuine ingredients, whose distinctive flavor adds sublime quality to our pastries.
