We will do our utmost to ensure that you enjoy your visit and will provide you an opportunity to experience its beauty, flavour, and special atmosphere, just as the Gernets, the founding family of this house, Pyotr Tchaikovsky, who vacationed in Haapsalu, and many other notable people from both Estonia and abroad did. We have studied the culinary preferences of the Tsar’s court of the 19th century, the characteristics of the cuisine at the time, and will offer you both the best classics and the newest creations of Russian and French cuisine with a modern twist. The menu includes both delicious savoury dishes and authentic French desserts.
