The guesthouse is located in Kõrgessaare on Ninametsa peninsula. It is also the former heart of the manor that can be seen from the few old-style buildings, such as rubble stone distillery (the 2nd half of the 19th century) or the ruined barns and cellars. The wooden governor house, which in the recent decades has been used both as a nursery school as well as a primary school. Lately even as a local social club and library. The guesthouse is in fact located in the old distillery of the manor – hence the name of the guesthouse: Viinaköök (Distillery).
