About
The environmental artwork, Pehr Kalm Revival, recreates one eighth of the botanical garden founded by Pehr Kalm on this location in 1757. The artwork has been created by Jan-Erik Andersson, 2012. Pehr Kalm was a renowned botanist and a student of Carl Linnaeus. The oak was, according to legend, planted by Pehr Kalm himself around 1760.
