Furnished tourist accommodation classified 3 stars. Small individual house full of charm enjoying a very nice location at the entrance of the city. It enjoys a lovely view of the bay and the port at the front, and has a 150m² garden facing south at the rear, at the end of which passes the tourist train of the Baie de Somme. A private parking space is also available. The house can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists, on the ground floor, of an entrance hall / cloakroom, a living room with a view of the bay and an equipped kitchen opening onto the garden. Upstairs are the master bedroom with bay view, equipped with a double bed and a cot, as well as the bathroom with wc. On the roof is a second large bedroom with two twin beds. At the rear of the house is a well-oriented terrace, as well as an outbuilding for garden furniture. It is possible to store bikes and / or strollers. The rent does not include the optional options offered: - Bed linen rental (12 euros per bed) - Bathroom linen rental (7 euros per person) The rent does not include the payment of electricity. This will be done according to a meter reading at the beginning and at the end of the stay, less a fixed price of 5 euros for the duration of the stay.
