Domaine de Gayrard

About

When Pierre Fabre and his wife took over the family estate in 2013, they re-established the ancestral wine making activity of the domain and replanted the vines. Situated in the North of the Gaillac wine region, the Gayrard domain has 30 hectares of vines which have been managed organically since 2016. Biodynamic practices have also been introduced to the vineyard since the beginning of 2019, to go further in their environmental approach. The authentic varietal wines which result from this virtuous approach require nothing more than to be discovered ! Laure and Pierre welcome you at the domain all year round for wine tasting, guided tours or even summer happenings. This July and August 2024, there are events every Friday. Every Friday at 7pm there is an Apéro Tapas Concert where you can enjoy our wine and taste dishes made by our chef Claire with local products.
