About
Every day, Bernard Gay looks out across the Bauges mountains as he cooks: he has them to thank for the fresh produce from his vegetable garden, the fish from nearby lakes and, of course, Tamié cheese. Under his supervision, this former 17th century Savoyard farm has become a small inn, offering ten bedrooms in a cosy, unpretentious setting. The success of this family-run hotel also has a lot to do regarding its position on the way between Annecy and Albertville.
