Old 15th century house renovated close to the church square at the foot of the PESTEILS castle. 15 min from AURILLAC and 15 min from the SUPER-LIORAN ski resort. The house is on three levels served by two staircases. on the ground floor there is a fitted kitchen with everything you need and a fireplace. On the first floor, the living room with another fireplace and a sofa bed, a TV and a computer with internet connection. From this floor you have access to a small balcony and to the utility room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. On the top floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and two single beds in an alcove. The house is located in the heart of the village of Polminhac, at the foot of the Château de Pesteils, a few steps from the church square and close to all shops (butchers, bakeries, grocery stores, pharmacy, hairdresser).
