Winegrowers Nicolas & Vincent Laroche. The domaine covers a surface area of 27 ha, divided into 39 vineyard parcels on the right bank of the Serein river, in the communed of Fleys, Béru, Chichée, Fontenay and Poilly. Many of these parcels were inherited from Nicolas and Vincent's ancestors who where all vignerons before them! The vineyards are managed using reasoned or sustainable production methods, which include the use of certain natural control processes to restrict yields, the elimination of residual herbicides, the use of grass cover, ploughing, phytosanitary treatments only when tolerance thresholds are exceeded and the use of certain biological pest control products.
