4th generation of Collet, Romain harvest 40 hectares of Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru and Chablis Grand Cru. A large part of the domain is organic certified. From press to bottle, wines are elaborated with the utmost respect for each terroir, with natural yeasts and low mechanical operation. Rich and expressive, our wines are tasted in several countries around the world.
