Upstairs there are three double bedrooms, which can be changed to bedrooms with two single beds, and a bathroom. On the ground floor there is the living/dining area with a kitchen corner equipped with a 5 flame hob, microwave, etc. There is also another WC. The guest garden with fruit trees has hedges all round and the entrance is secured with a gate. The art gallery and atelier of 70 sqm is situated towards the rear of the property.
