The house is spacious and bright in a quiet area, close to all amenities, on foot or by car. It is a 5-minute walk from shops and a 5-minute drive from the beach (10 minutes by bike on the cycle path to Rochelongue). It includes on the ground floor an equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room with a comfortable and convertible sofa of quality, as well as the bathroom with a double shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms (one of which is a master bedroom and one for two to three children) and a bathroom with bathtub and another toilet. A secure swimming pool (gates and alarm) and a well-appointed terrace make up the exterior, accompanied by a large veranda, giving the possibility of a more spacious dining room. This house is very pleasant to live in and allows you to be in the heart of the seaside resort, while being calm.
