About

Created in 1931, the Cave Cooperative Les Vignerons de Mont-Près-Chambord is located in the heart of the Cheverny vineyard, between Loire and Sologne, alongside prestigious castles such as Blois, Chambord and Cheverny. It harvests and vinifies the grapes of its 22 members on 150 hectares. With 800,000 bottles marketed per year, it is now the first producer of AOC Cheverny. The quality of its wines is regularly rewarded in competitions and reference guides. Les Vignerons de Mont-Près-Chambord uses the most modern vinification techniques (pneumatic pressing, stainless steel vats, temperature control) to preserve all the characteristics of their terroirs (clays, sands) that express fully the Gamay and Pinot Noir grape varieties , Bases of red and rosé wines, Sauvignon and Chardonnay for white wines and Romorantin (the grape of King François 1er) for AOC Cour-Cheverny.
