At the heart of Arc 1950 village, this apartment located in a residence with 5 * hotel services invites you to travel between tradition and modernity. Fully pedestrianized, the resort is ideal for families. A warm atmosphere, daily entertainment in a village heart that beats only for you. Housing: Charming 2 rooms for 2 to 4 people, located in the heart of the village on the 5th floor of the residence Manoir de Savoie. Beautiful living space with a living room of about 15m2, a kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machines, ...) and a dining area for 4 people table. One bedroom with two single beds (possible configuration in double bed), a sofa-2 single beds in the living room (possible configuration in double bed), 1 bathroom with bath, a separate toilet, and a balcony with a magnificent view The Mont Blanc. The beds are made upon arrival. We also provide towels (towels, bathrobes, slippers, ...) and a bathroom kit (shampoo, shower gel, body milk). End of stay cleaning is included but part of the deposit, or all, can be retained depending on the condition (breakage, dirt, degradation, ...) in which you make the apartment. Access for travelers: Access to all housing. You also have access to the ski locker (local heated on the ground floor) as well as the wellness area of the residence (indoor / outdoor pool, sauna, steam room, outdoor jacuzzi (free access during the days and times opening hours), the gym (with cardio equipment), the two laundries (washing machine and dryer free access), luggage storage (ideal for arrivals before 16h or departures after 11am), showers and toilets. Other remarks: The apartment is classified as furnished tourism and the tourist tax is levied by Homelidays. If you are traveling with friends or with several families, two other two-room apartments (2/4 persons) in the residence of Manoir de Savoie and the neighboring Chalet des Lys are available for rent.
