The 205 m², two‑storey building sits on Route de Belle Plagne and offers panoramic views of Mont Blanc and surrounding peaks. With spacious, fully‑equipped units that can accommodate from two to twenty guests, the residence blends the convenience of a hotel with the flexibility of private accommodation. Guests can unwind in the on‑site wellness centre, featuring a heated indoor pool, sauna, hot‑bath and dedicated fitness room. The on‑site restaurant, Le Chalet, serves Savoyard, Italian and Tex‑Mex cuisine, with half‑board and full‑board packages available. A ski‑equipment rental shop and a ski lift landing provide direct, on‑foot access to the Paradiski ski area. Practical services include covered parking (€91 / week), a dedicated parking space for electric cars with four 11 kW charging points, a ski shop, ski‑ticketing services and a concierge that assists with ski‑lesson bookings and transport arrangements.
