Domaine en Birbès

The medieval village of Laurac is situated in the rolling countryside of the South of France region Languedoc-Roussillon, surrounded by sunflower and cornfields. At the foot of this small hamlet of only 200 inhabitants, we discovered the beautiful Domaine en Birbes. On our Domaine of 1 hectare, there is an impressive old farmhouse from 1780, built in the typical Lauragaise style. We have been welcoming guests for a wonderful stay in one of our choices of accommodation since May 2011. You can stay here in one of the six safari tents (including bathroom), two gites, gite L'Atelier with tree house and two guest rooms (bed and breakfast). Since October 2010 we have realized our dream to live and work in this wonderful place. A place to relax and enjoy all the good things that "La douce France" has to offer : sun, sea, mountains, culture, activities and of course great food and drink. It is with great pleasure that we welcome our guests for a pleasant stay in one of our choices of accommodation.
