This spacious house is fitted to a very high standard and can easily sleep 8 people. The house is extremely well equipped. The large kitchen/breakfast room has a range cooker, American style fridge/freezer, ice maker, microwave and dishwasher. There is a separate utility room with washing machine, sink and fridge. The maple floored playroom is spacious and has air conditioning . The large, comfortable living room has a flat screen smart TV for Netflix/Amazon prime , DVD and large DVD library. This room also has a dining table. Also on the ground floor there is a double bedroom with French windows opening onto the terrace with views across the garden to the vineyards and fields. This room has it's own en-suite shower room. Upstairs the bedrooms all benefit from high vaulted ceilings and all have air conditioning. The main double bedroom has a sleigh bed, oak floors and en-suite shower room. There is a single bedroom and a double bedroom which share a bathroom (access to this is through the double bedroom).
