The Chateau of Montigny-sur-Aube, historical monument and certified national"Remarkable Garden",is built in the centre of large parkland with orchards modeled from the 19th century, with walled gardens filled with hundreds of fruit and vegetable varieties, 16th century chapel, a large English-style park, and a restored moat. The domain will reopen for visits on May 11 until September 29 2024 (closed mondays and tuesdays). Our farm-inn « A LA TABLE DES JARDINIERS », reserved to our visitors, is opened from 12 noon, from Wednesday to Sunday - Reservation on our website.Our chef proposes his « Fresh Box » prepared from our harvest of fruit and vegetables and his « Dessert of the Day » .
