The house is located near the sea, visible from the floor and audible at any time (well at night to fall asleep). There is direct access to a sandy beach, very friendly, family friendly, ideal for children. This one adjoins a second beach a little more agitated (presence of wave). The house is part of a hamlet of traditional houses and more resent in a quiet setting. The nearest shops are less than ten minutes away (carrefour market, shops). A pony club is 5 minutes from the house.
