Provencal country house full of charm located between the Gorges du Verdon and St-Tropez, in the village of Lorgues. On a plot of +/- 30 ares (not fenced) the house offers a magnificent view of the Massif des Maures. The house is ideal to accommodate 10 people with the possibility of going up to 12 people + 1 baby. It consists of 5 bedrooms spread over 2 floors. The house has all the necessary modern equipment and the level of comfort is rather rustic and basic. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms: 2 1x2P bedrooms, one 2x1p bedroom. and a family room of 1x2p. + 1x2P. (bunk bed) which opens onto a large balcony with a panoramic view. Upstairs, there is also a bathroom (bath / shower), a separate toilet and storage space. The ground floor consists of a 1x2p bedroom. + a baby bed with a bathroom + adjoining WC, a living / dining room, a shower room, a separate WC as well as an equipped kitchen. The outdoor area, accessible from the living / dining room, is composed of a beautiful covered and shaded terrace, a large tiled swimming pool (5mx10m) with deckchairs, a pool house (with a ping-pong table ) and a relaxation area. The house is equipped to accommodate children (cot, playpen, two swivel chairs and an ikea baby chair). A gas barbecue is also available. The land allows parking at least 5 cars. The swimming pool is secured by a standard tarpaulin. The center of Lorgues is around 15 minutes' walk away. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental, on request.
