As for the restaurant, we remain faithful to the spirit... A place where you feel at ease, with a menu elaborated to satisfy every taste… whether you are on the island for the day, hotel guests or regular customers. Depending on your mood or time of day, you can choose to have lunch inside the restaurant or outside on the large terrace facing the entrance of the small harbour of Saint-martin-de-Ré. The food is savory and simple, elaborated from fresh seasonal products. A choice of fish depending on the day’s catch.
