Agathe Letellier took over the family farm more than 20 years ago, specialising it in cider-based production: the production and transformation of apples and pears. The farm’s 25 hectares of high stem orchards now enable the production of vinegar, pure apple juice, 3 varieties of cider, pommeau and a range of Calvados Pays d’Auge blends and pure apple brandies.
