Welcome to our beautiful villa in Aizenay, a peaceful location where you can enjoy the large living spaces for wonderful moments with friends or family. The house spans 305 m² and is an old farmhouse that has been completely renovated, with a vast contemporary extension containing the swimming pool and games room. The property offers 7,000 m² of land with little overlooking and views over the valley. - Wi-Fi included -Household included -️Linge included: ○ Two towels per traveller, one set of sheets per bed, one tea towel per kitchen, one bath mat per bathroom -Welcome kit: ○ Bathroom: shower gel, shampoo, bin bag, washing powder, toilet paper ○ Kitchen: washing-up liquid, hand soap, kitchen towels, bin bag, dishwasher tablet, salt, pepper, olive oil, 3 tea bags, 3 coffee pods IMPORTANT: This accommodation is closed to parties and late evenings to respect the location and the neighbouring dwelling. A sound level measurement system has been installed to monitor any excess noise. For security reasons, the accommodation is equipped with a remote surveillance system outside the accommodation (on the car park side). We provide: 3 cots with mattresses + 2 high chairs + 1 booster seat + 2 children's steps as well as wood during the winter period. 🏡 THIS ACCOMMODATION COMPRISES: GROUND FLOOR: - A fully equipped, closed kitchen (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine as well as a Nespresso & a Senseo, kettle, induction hob, 2 raclette machines) and a very large dining table for 15 people - A utility room with sink, dishwasher, fridge/cooker, microwave and coffee machine. - Lounge with two sofas, flat-screen TV and wood-burning stove (wood is available in winter) - Games room with table football, darts, table and chairs and children's games - Enclosed pool area with shower and toilet & 1 sauna - 3 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140x200), bedside tables and chest of drawers or wardrobe - A shower room with shower, washbasin, hairdryer and heated towel rail - Separate WC in the corridor FIRST FLOOR: (4 bedrooms) - One bedroom with a bunk bed and a double bed (140x200) and 3 foldaway beds - One bedroom with a bunk bed and a double bed (140x200) and a chest of drawers - Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x200), bedside tables and chest of drawers - Bathroom with shower, washbasin, hairdryer and towel rail - Separate WC in the corridor OUTSIDE : - 7,000m² of fenced grounds with few neighbours (landscaped grounds overlooking the Boëre valley - stream adjacent to the property) - Furnished terrace: gas hob, table with 18 chairs, jacuzzi, 1 petanque area with boules and 1 Breton shuffleboard.
