Luxury health & wellness retreat situated in a conservation area amongst the pines & dunes just 75 metres from the beach and Atlantic Ocean. Fully staffed with an in house chef, yoga teacher, fitness trainer, watersports instructor, including paddlre boarding, masseur, relexologist and beauty therapist. we cater for singles, couples and special interest groups. We run yoga weekends, health & fitness weekends and day spas. Our daily rate includes 3 meals, all soft drinks, energy snacks, pre dinner aperitifs & canapes and wine with evening meal
