At Domaine de Bersaillin, we welcome you in the natural charm of our beautiful vaulted room throughout the year. And on sunny days, you can sit on the terrace which overlooks the garden and its children's games. Our young chef Nicolas Lavocat, native of the Jura, offers you fine and elaborate cuisine, all homemade, from funds to ice cream, from raw, local, seasonal products, while favoring short circuits. A new menu is prepared by the chef each month. And for people staying at the estate for several days, the chef can offer a new menu each additional day, only by reservation. In addition, we offer group menus with or without a dessert, for all occasions: birthdays, baptisms, departure drinks, company meals, etc. These services are only available by reservation. THE RESTAURANT IS OPEN FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY EVENING from April to mid October and FROM TUESDAY TO SATURDAY EVENING from mid October to the end of March.
