Location: in a lane, accessing one of the main streets of the city center (300 m from the shops) and close to the central beach (800 m), small duplex located in a residence with 3 apartments. Common courtyard for vehicle parking, in front of each accommodation. Layout: - 1 hall with 2 single beds. bunk and the bathroom with WC, - 1 living room opening onto the terrace (facing south) and including: -> an equipped kitchenette (fridge, electric hob, oven, microwave) and the living room ( sofa, flat screen TV and radio), -> large storage with washing machine, - 1 bedroom (access by stairs in living room) with 3 beds: 1 double bed. and 1 extra bed 1 pers. (80). Exterior: terrace on a small enclosed and furnished plot, with garden furniture, barbecue and electric plancha. End of stay cleaning by reservation: fixed rate of 60 €. Linen is not provided.
