Cave nil Vino is the little brother of Lyon's gourmet restaurant Bacchanales. This Latin phrase means "Take careof the wine!" and it's certainly not in short supply in this place dedicated to Bacchus and boasting the same wine list as its gastronomic sibling, with nearly 300 wines to choose from. At least nine wines are always available by the glass, carefully selected and not always "expected." A new and beautiful wine tasting venue in Lyon. Cave nil Vino is a second restaurant in a friendly space dedicated to friends and wine tasting. It offers a three-course menu for €35, offering lightly reworked, locavore cuisine inspired, among other things, by Lyonnaise specialties and the chef's Italian roots, according to the frequently changing menus. His desserts are particularly popular with regulars. The atmosphere is deliberately calm and, we hope, elegant, in a warm and cozy setting.
