What a journey since their opening on February 2, 2004 in a small restaurant of 37 covers 46 rue Ferrandière with Cédric LE GOUILL. Galvanized by their success and being too cramped: they cross a new level by settling on January 16, 2007 at 68 rue de la Charité where they have 90 seats. Two chefs animated by the passion of cooking, that they make us share with a very great conviviality. KITCHEN AND OUTBUILDINGS and APPART'68, make today their fame in the heart of Lyon, high place of the French gastronomy. A pure and friendly transmission too, thanks to 3 books of recipes that the chef Fabrice Bonnot, wishes accessible to all, with once again, conviviality as a credo.
