Very calm house, with the neat decoration, with all the comfort, It is located in a private property independent of the villa owners on a plot of 3000m2 and has a terrace not overlooked among the olive trees, near the village of Cassis and beaches (15 min walk), in a postcard frame facing the sea with a dazzling view of the Cap Canaille and the Massif des Calanques. After crossing a path full of bougainvillea, olive trees and cypresses you can park a car in a reserved area, in front of the private gate that leads to your house. We cross then a raised garden, a hut for the children, a swing and a ground of petanque to arrive on a beautiful terrace in the shade of the canisses.
