Nestled in the hotel's garden, our gastronomic restaurant Le Pavillon promises to surprise guests: a different, audacious cuisine, which revisits the Mediterranean classics. The bright dining room, with a capacity of 50 seats, fully opens onto a large terrace where the culinary journey can extend to depending on the weather conditions. Our Chef in charge of Le Pavillon,distinguishes himself with his precise and audacious cuisine. The Chef doesn’t only cook, as an artist he invents. He creates flavors, visual concepts and combinations which transform dishes into delicious memories. The Pavillon is actually closed for the winter.
