In the interest of quality and diversity we offer gluten-free alternatives, as well as a range of organic products like our wines. Our long-term goal is to prove that there is a genuine ethical alternative to traditional cooking and that this alternative could become the traditional kitchen of a bright future. We also wish to serve as a link-union to facilitate the transition to "all plant".
