A large terrace with barbecue gives access to a living room of 100 m² where there is a kitchen, a lounge with open fire and a large dining table. On the same level, a corridor gives access to 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms (including one accessible from the outside). Passing by outside, you still find 2 bedrooms each with its entry, one can accommodate 4 people, the other 2. Several terraces surround the house and there is also the shade of linden trees.
