About

Assemblages is a wine bar created by Eric Wilmot, cabinetmaker and furniture designer, who wanted to converge the values of restoration with those of the arts and crafts: the quality of the beautiful and good product, the authenticity, the respect for the work of man. Winemakers' wines, advantageously accompanied by carefully sourced local products, find their place in a warm decor that gives pride of place to noble materials, solid wood, stone, metal, porcelain. Works of urban art complete the identity of the bar, while recalling what the work of the winemaker has in common with that of the artist: creation in the service of emotion.
