After studying computer science and few years spent behind a computer working in a bank, Pauline has decided to change her life and to open a restaurant in front of a small park in the 11th district of Paris.Every morning, she is cooking with fresh organic products coming directly from farms around Paris (bread, flour, butter and cheese from Ile de France, meat and vegetables from Picardie...)All is homemade, the menu is very simple:one or two starters,one vegetarian dish and one meat dishfew dessertsfresh and organic juices, organic wine and fresh grounded coffee.On sunday, it's time for Brunch and every thursday and friday night, it's the perfect place to have a glass of wine and eat few starters in front of the small park.Pauline is also giving cooking class !
