We do everything ourselves! Short circuit poultry producers. Every week, we transport our products from our farm in Sarlat-la-Canéda to sell them to you on the Parisian markets. From the cultivation of cereals to the stalls, we are virtually self-sufficient and are working to become so completely. It is around this project that our team has gathered.
