Local Bear is a Franco-American bistro. Our dishes are prepared from good, fresh, and local ingredients to accompany an extensive rotating and mostly local beer selection (10 references on tap plus 10-15 more in bottles/cans) plus a small selection of top quality wines from independent French wineries and craft cocktails made from high quality artisanal spirits. Almost everything we offer is homemade. Our gourmet burgers are served on freshly baked buns and accompanied by a side salad and hand-cut fries with organic "fleur de sel". We also propose a "plat du jour" created each day inspired by​ international favorites (for lunch), large "American" salads, a "piece du Boucher" for the main course as well as a selection of delicious offerings ranging from sliders (mini burgers - again with freshly baked buns), gravlax, grilled Spanish "patron" peppers, fried chicken and more. Don't forget our homemade cheesecake, cookies, artisanale ice cream and other desserts!
