I invite you to explore Paris in a different and sweet way :) As a Pastry chef by training and as a researcher in the culinary field, specializing in Paris' Patisserie & Chocolaterie , I can say that this field is my home field :) On my tour we will reveal (and taste) a whole culture, full with fascinating stories that are interwoven in the history of France in general and Paris in particular.
