Pozzetto in rue du Roi de Sicile was opened in 2005 serving genuine Italian Gelato, Coffee and few selected sweet goodies. We now have taken the challenge further with a new shop 20meters away serving also highly selected savoury specialties (24 months Prosciuttto di Parma and Parmigiano Reggiano, among others). Pozzetto is 100% the Italian way of being, without shortcuts and/or commercially wise compromises. This translates directly in the way of thinking the whole format and proposal with an obsessive, often maniacal search for the right ingredient, product and environment capable of loyally reproducing the "real thing" not only the good or right one.Pozzetto is Simplicity in its best expression or else a synonymous of extreme sophistication, as we have grown to appreciate and believe, during our travels in 90 countries, that the simplest food is not only difficult to find but often the best and tastiest
