The Elizabeth Czerczuk Theatre is dedicated to contemporary artistic creation and research. It is distinguished by its singular and dreamlike atmosphere. It was conceived by Elizabeth Czerczuk, a director and actress who graduated from the National Conservatories in Krakow and Paris, holds a doctorate in dramatic arts and has created numerous shows throughout Europe. The Theatre is located near the Place de la Nation and has a modular theatre hall with 200 seats, equipped with new sound and light technologies, a conference room, a library, a dance room, dressing rooms, a bar where spectators can exchange with the artists, and a garden with trees. The Theatre is also developing its theatre school, the Laboratoire d'Expression Théâtrale, its Festival des Formes Radicales and is a space for exchanges, exhibitions and conferences.
