"La Passerelle", a charming gite in Provence, classified 4 stars as a furnished holiday home in the middle of lavender, olive trees, vineyards and truffle oaks, the gite is located in the enclave of the Popes, a few minutes from the village of Valréas (all shops). In the heart of a charming co-ownership with magnificent hundred-year-old plane trees, a beautiful stone building has been renovated into 10 independent dwellings on a plot of land of about 1 hectare. The flat is south-facing and opens onto a private, landscaped interior courtyard of 130m², with a large stone table to enjoy outdoor meals. "La Passerelle" has a living area of 105m² and is on one level, a cosy interior, nicely and comfortably furnished. The entrance is direct to the living room with high ceilings and TV area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining area. A bedroom with two 80cm beds that can be made into one 160cm bed. Adjacent, an alcove with two 80cm bunk beds. A shower room with WC. A second bedroom facing north (160cm bed), private shower room. An independent toilet. In common in the farmhouse: - A fenced swimming pool 12mx7m heated from 1/05 to 30/09, - A ping pong table and petanque balls, - Play area for children: swing, trampoline, zip line, tree house, football cages. - Laundry room with washing machines and dryers, - The car park, - The park.
