About
Different daily menus and fresh dishes will be offered from fresh products in the short cycle and from the farm. The menus will consist of a choice of 2 starters, 2 dishes (fish and meat) and 2 desserts. These dishes will be accompanied by a tasting of wines associated with each dish. All of these menus will be made on site, in a kitchen suitable for quality preparation.
