More than 20 recipes to choose from, prepared from a fresh and slow-fermentation dough, and baked in a top-of-the-range oven with a rotating stone hearth. Sensitive to environmental protection, Basilic & Co restaurants use recycled and recyclable packaging, low-energy light bulbs, ecological cleaning products, and make selective waste sorting.
