Completely renovated, the Manoir de la Haute Cremonville has retained all of its rustic charm with its beams, oak parquet floors and fireplace. And when the sun comes out to be generous, a splendid terrace awaits you. On the libraries, books and bottles of wine mix: we work, among others, with the houses Roederer, Louis Jadot and Henri Bourgeois. We offer you a simple, traditional and refined cuisine where the dishes are concocted, simmered and make your taste buds quiver. Simple and tasty dishes such as homemade country terrine, butcher's piece by the fireplace, cod with risotto reggiano or scallops with leek fondue. For dessert, the thin pies compete with the French toast inspired by my grandmother Henriette's recipe or the revisited mille-feuille
