Located on the 2ᵉ floor (no lift) of a condominium on the marina, you'll find a cabin bedroom, a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a terrace overlooking the harbor. Housekeeping is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. Wifi included. The accommodation is composed as follows: - Living area with 2 single sofa beds, TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. - A cabin bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160x200) - Bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC Outside : - A balcony with harbor view and furniture. The flat is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy proximity to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Neighborhood and activities : - This is a great neighborhood to live in. You'll be able to admire the most beautiful sunsets from your window. - Near Solidor beach - Bars and restaurants within walking distance - Intra-Muros, a 20-minute stroll along the seafront to the historic center. - A market on the Place de St Servan 700 m away on Tuesdays and Fridays. - A small oyster market is set up every Sunday on Place Bouvet (theater square). - St Servan is known for its large shopping street, the Solidor tower and the Cité d'Aleth, the birthplace of Saint-Malo. Transportation If you choose to come by car, you can park 100 meters away in a large free public car park. To access your accommodation, you can choose between : - autonomous arrival: by collecting the keys from a Keycafé box located at 9 Ave Jean Jaurès, 450m from the station, a 30-minute walk from the flat or 5 minutes by car from the bus stop closest to the Keycafé “Sécurité Sociale”, lines 1 and 8 (this bus serves the “Solidor” stop closest to the flat). - a physical welcome: in this case, you will be greeted on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you around the flat and hand over the keys.
