Welcome to our charming apartment with terrace in the heart of cancale, decorated in a cosy, modern style. It's ideally located just 250 m from the beach and the center of Cancale: a stone's throw from shops and restaurants (Quai Gambetta). You can even catch a glimpse of the ocean from the apartment. Please note: We don't offer sheets and towels for hire, so you'll need to bring your own. This accommodation is ideal for a peaceful break: - 250m from the pebble beaches of Cancale harbor - Very bright - Fully equipped kitchen PLEASE NOTE: if you'd like to travel with a group, we rent a similar accommodation just below, which is also managed by our agency. Both units can be rented at the same time to accommodate more people. THIS APARTMENT IS COMPOSED OF : * A large living room with : - A sitting area with sofa, TV, Wifi, Bluetooth speaker, coffee table, sideboard and coat rack, - A fully-equipped kitchen area (oven, kettle, toaster, large fridge, freezer, crockery, utensils, washing machine). - Sitting area with sofa - Dining area with table and chairs, * Two bedrooms with double beds (*******), bedside table, storage chest and/or dressing room. * A shower room with shower, washbasin, two storage drawers and WC. CLOSE TO : - 250m from the Port beach - Close to all amenities and activities (restaurants, bars, supermarkets...). 🚗 Possibility of parking a vehicle in the streets adjacent to the dwelling. For your convenience, a cleaning fee is available. These include cleaning of the accommodation on your departure.
