Domaine Aspras

Domaine Aspras is a 32-hectare vineyard located in Correns, the First Organic Village of France. The Latz family, who owns the estate, have been working here since 1961 to produce great Côtes de Provence white wines, red wines, and of course, rosé wines. Each of the three cuvées mentions its history. "à Lisa" is a tribute to the first generation. "Les Trois Frères" represents the 3rd generation, who is working alongside Michaël Latz. Finally, the "Unicorn" is the symbol of the family. It perfectly represents the grace and strength sought in the design of the Aspras wines.
